2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Minor differences in color may occur due to screen settings.
  • Product packaging may vary depending on the manufacturer.
  • Dimensions may vary slightly due to manual measurement.
  • Lifestyle images are for illustration purposes and may show accessories that are not included unless specifically mentioned.

    3. Pricing

    All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR).

    Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

    If a pricing error occurs due to technical reasons, KlevaStore reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

    4. Order Acceptance

    Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

    KlevaStore reserves the right to:

    • Cancel suspicious orders.
    • Cancel duplicate or fraudulent orders.
    • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability.
    • Cancel orders due to pricing errors.

    Any prepaid amount will be refunded in such cases.

    5. Shipping

    Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours.

    Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

    Delivery timelines may be affected by:

    • Weather
    • Natural disasters
    • Public holidays
    • Courier delays
    • Remote locations

    KlevaStore is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

    6. Return & Replacement

    Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

    • Damaged product received.
    • Defective product received.
    • Incorrect product delivered.
    • Missing items in the package.

    Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

    Returned products must be:

    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With all accessories
    • With original tags (if applicable)

    Requests made after the reporting window may not be eligible.

    7. Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:

    • Personal care products after use.
    • Beauty or grooming products after opening.
    • Products damaged due to misuse.
    • Products showing signs of wear.
    • Items without original packaging.
    • Products purchased during clearance or special sale unless defective.


      8. Refund Policy

      Refunds are initiated only after inspection and approval.

      If approved:

      • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
      • COD orders are refunded through bank transfer or UPI.

      Refunds usually take 5–7 business days after approval.

      Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

      9. Order Cancellation

      Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

      Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our Return Policy.

      10. Cash on Delivery

      For Cash on Delivery orders:

      Repeated refusal of deliveries or fraudulent orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

      KlevaStore reserves the right to request prepaid payment for future orders where misuse is detected.

      11. Warranty

      Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, products do not include a manufacturer warranty.

      Where a warranty exists, claims are handled according to the manufacturer's terms.

      12. Limitation of Liability

      KlevaStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased through our website.

      Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

      13. Intellectual Property

      All content on this website—including logos, graphics, product descriptions, text, and design—is the property of KlevaStore and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

      14. Privacy

      Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

      We do not sell customer information to third parties.

      15. Governing Law

      These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

      Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
